I have lived here for almost a year and I have no complaints! Anytime maintenance is needed, which is rare, it is done immediately! The community is quiet and friendly. Great for anybody!

A good place to live. Clean & quiet. Safe for children & families. Close to my child's school. Has a nice playground for them to play in, and a pool in summer. Friendly staff who resolve maintenance issues quickly of which there are few. Reasonable rent for the space we're in.Would recommend highly!

Manager was very polite and friendly. Helped us sort out all the issues. On the territory there is a tennis court and a swimming pool, as well as many green areas and parking spaces. We are glad to be part of this community and recommend it.

Move in day was a breeze for me! Thanks to the staff in the office. My apartment was spotless upon move in. The unit itself (two bed / one bath) is large and just what I needed. The neighbors I have met so far have been quality people, friendly, kind and helpful. Overall this was a seamless move, I am 100% satisfied with my apartment. The staff here makes this a place that feels like home. I can't recommend Southwoods enough.

We’ve lived at Southwoods apartments for 5 years. All I can say is our stay was amazing, lovingly, spectacular, and very comfortable. All of the employees were super nice and respectful. Maintenance people were very nice and they would come on time to fix anything that you want. We really recommend anyone that wants to rent a good nice clean apartment to go to Southwoods.

I have been here a little more than a month and it's been nice! we had a leak and they were there the same day to fix it and it didn't take a lot of time. It's a good place to live!
